Cake Poker runs satellites in a format so that players have the chance to win their way to the final “super satellite”, which is where the Aussie Millions satellite packages are awarded. Cake Poker runs daily “Quarter Final” tournaments which cost $11 to enter and for every $75 in the prizepool a seat in to the “Semi Final” is awarded. The Aussie Millions Semi Final tournament runs each Sunday at 12:30PM GMT, players can buyin to this tournament for $75. For every $425 collected in entry fees a seat at the “Aussie Millions Final” is awarded. The Aussie Millions Final runs on a weekly basis at 3:00PM GMT every Sunday. This tournament is where the packages are given out. It will cost you $425 to buyin to this tournament, and for each $16,000 in the prizepool a Aussie Millions package is provided.

Betfair Poker Aussie Million Satellites
If you would like to try and win a Betfair Poker Aussie Million package, you can participate in a variety of satellites which range in buy in from $2.20 to $550. “Level 1” satellites are being run daily in two different formats, rebuy (1000 starting chips + 2 minute blinds) and standard (2000 starting chips + 10 minute blinds) both have different buyin costs attached. In each tournament one seat is guaranteed to the “Level 2” event and for every $55 collected in buy ins a further seat is added. “Level 2” costs $55 to enter, the tournament runs twice a week on a Sunday and Thursday, at 8:30PM GMT. These “Level 2” tournaments are set up with 15 minute blinds and 2500 starting chips. In each “Level 2” tournament two seats to the “Level 3” satellite are guaranteed. “Level 3” is the final satellite. This is set to take place on Sunday 28th December at 8:00PM GMT. Players can either win their seat at this event, though any level 2 tournament or buy directly in to the tournament for $550. Players will receive 10,000 starting chips and blind levels increase at 20 minute periods. 5 Aussie Million packages are guaranteed and an additional package is added for each $15,000 in the prizepool.
